Mr. Seung-young Chung is the Senior Vice President and Chief Finance Officer of VMS Solutions, Co., Ltd. He is responsible for managing finance, accounting, HR, and general affairs teams.

Since he joined VMS in 2002, Mr. Chung successfully managed several projects implementing planning and scheduling systems to die and mold, ship building, and semiconductor industries. After being appointed CFO in 2014, he successfully managed headquarters relocation to Seoul, supported three global branch establishments, and increased the number of employees to more than 100.

Seung-young received his bachelor’s and master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Chonnam National University. He also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Korea University, Republic of Korea.
