VMS Solutions acquired Haesung TNS and accelerates the market to the next generation

 VMS Solutions acquired Haesung TNS and accelerate market invasion to the next generation of the SCM(supply chain management) market. VMS Solutions plans to take a two-track approach to large enterprises and mid-sized companies by putting 'MOZART SCM', a newly released next-generation SCM solution, to the fore. VMS Solutions has a proclamations ceremony for integration with Haesung TNS and released 'MOZART SCM' in Oct 6.VMS Solutions CEO Byung-hee Kim said “In terms of advancement of the existing SCM, using artificial intelligence (AI) will establish the optimization planning and scheduling system centered on the large company. And for the mid-sized company market will provide packaged products that can be built with low cost and low unit price as packaged products.” The next-generation SCM solution combines the Mozart engine of VMS Solution, which has been building production plans and scheduling systems(APS) for more than a decade in Samsung Semiconductor and LG Display, etc, with Haesung TNS' SCM framework. The next-generation SCM requires a foreseeable future simulation platform and an intelligent engine capable of optimal utilization of resources. Mozart SCM's simulation engine is built on the concept of a Virtual Manufacturing System (VMS).
